Who We Are
Entrepix is a leading provider of chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) process outsourcing and equipment services. We are the current OEM for OnTrak cleaners, and we also design new parts and capabilities for older CMP machine models. We supply CMP and metrology equipment, services, and parts and also serve clients through contract manufacturing and CNC machining.
Our ISO 9001:2008-certified foundry is located in Phoenix, AZ, where our teams service semiconductor and related industries country-wide.
