Tim has demonstrated dynamic leadership in multiple roles throughout the semiconductor industry for over 15 years. As President and CEO of Entrepix, Tim oversees all company operations and is responsible for corporate growth and direction, ultimately ensuring Entrepix delivers maximum value to its customers, employees and shareholders.
During the evolution of the company, Tim has repeatedly provided the vision to propel the company to the next level, maintaining consistent growth and profitability. Prior to joining Steve Horowitz in founding Entrepix, Tim held positions of increasing responsibility within Motorola, SpeedFam-IPEC and Metron Technology. Tim holds a Masters in Microelectronics Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor in Applied Physics from State University of New York at Geneseo.
With over 25 years experience in semiconductor capital equipment sales and service, Steve has overall responsibility for Entrepix' equipment engineering, service operations and CMP foundry facilities. Steve's unique combination of industry knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit lead to the founding of Entrepix (formerly Total Fab Solutions, Inc.) in 1998.
Since its beginning, the company has built a strong reputation for high quality products and services. Prior to Entrepix, Steve held various positions of increasing responsibility for Metron Technology and Applied Materials. He holds a degree in Electronics from Devry Institute of Technology.
For over 20 years, Clarke has been a strong force in the high-tech industry, building multi-million dollar companies and raising over $150 million from top-tier venture capital firms. Since joining the company in 2003, Clarke's operations expertise has helped Vcommerce substantially increase its sales momentum, visibility, and overall performance.
Prior to joining Vcommerce, Clarke served as president, CEO and board member of Primarion, a semiconductor company, which he founded in 1999. Previously, Clarke spent 7 years at Intel, where he held several key positions including business unit general manager and marketing director of the Video Components, Mobil Computing and Graphics divisions.
Clarke also served as the vice-president of sales and marketing at Three-Five Systems Inc., a liquid crystal display company. His successful performance in this role earned him an elected officer position. Additionally, he was chief operations officer at Vivid, an analog display start-up. Clarke studied electrical engineering at the University of Central Florida.
Joseph M. Crabb

Joe Crabb is a partner with the Phoenix office of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P., an international law firm with more than 850 lawyers in 32 offices around the world. His practice is focused on representing emerging and growth-stage business in connection with business and finance matters, as well as representing publicly-held companies in connection with public and private offerings of securities, SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance matters.
He also has substantial experience with business combination transactions, representing both buyers and sellers in numerous public and private merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions. Mr. Crabb received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Iowa.

Boaz Vinogradov is the Managing Partner of iFinancial LLC a company focusing on helping hi-Tech start-ups and Venture Capital funds raise capital. From 2003 to 2007 Boaz served as Vice President of Business Development of Nova Measuring Instruments, Ltd. (NASDAQ; MVNI).
From 1997 to 2002 he served as President of Nova, Inc., Nova's US subsidiary. From 1994 to 1997 he served as an independent consultant to high tech start-up companies. From 1989 to 1994 he served in various positions in Orbotech, including VP of Operations of Orbotech Pacific.
Mr. Vinogradov holds an M.G.A. from the University of Maryland. & a BA in Economics from the Rupin Institute in Israel. Mr. Vinogradov is a director on the board of iFinancial LLC., eCable LLC., and Entrepix, Inc. He previously served on the boards of Nova, Inc., Simpod, Inc. & AEL, Ltd.
